Dr Aakash Aggarwal is a renowned Gastroenterologist practicing in Panchkula. He has expertise in gastric, liver, pancreatic, biliary and gut disorders and has experience of more than 5 years in the field of gastroenterology.
He completed his MD Medicine from Amritsar and DM Gastroenterology from prestigious DMCH, Ludhiana where he had ample exposure in treating patients with Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD), Chronic diarrhea, Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), Celiac disease, Chronic liver disease, Alcoholic hepatitis, Viral hepatitis including HBV, HCV, HAV and HEV. He is also skillful in managing acute and chronic pancreatitis, obstructive jaundice and CBD stones. He got trained at state-of-the-art Endoscopy suite for the procedures like Endoscopy, Colonoscopy and ERCP.
He also did a fellowship program for advanced ERCP including SpyGlass Cholangioscopy for difficult CBD stones.
He had worked at Institute of Liver and Biliary Sciences (ILBS), New Delhi which is one of the eminent centers in India for advanced liver disease and Liver Transplant.
He also has experience in diagnosing and treating motility disorders and is well versed with manometry procedure.
He is an active member of Indian Society of Gastroenterology, and in view of academic interests he held a Faculty position as Assistant Professor in Department of Gastroenterology at MMU, Mullana from 2022-2024. During this tenure he had honour of delivering talks in multiple National Conferences and has done publications in National and International Journals.
